Short-term sleep support, especially for shifted schedules.

Most people need much less melatonin than the bottle suggests — 0.3 to 1 mg taken 30-60 minutes before bed is often plenty. Larger doses can leave you groggy the next morning. We carry 3 mg because it's the most-asked-for size, but feel free to split if you'd like.

Melatonin shines for jet lag, shift-work transitions, and short-term sleep resets. It's not a great long-term every-night solution.
